1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 33bd ("33bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 33bd online betting and casino platform available at 33bd.im and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

33bd operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. These Terms are written in English and English shall be the governing language of interpretation in the event of any dispute.

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 33bd Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your 33bd account and for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 33bd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Currency

All 33bd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied to player balances.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

33bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and to ensure the integrity of the Platform. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request;
• When your cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold;
• If 33bd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on your account;
• When requested as part of a periodic account review.

4.1 Acceptable KYC Documents

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. Documents must be legible, unedited, and not expired.

4.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

33bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. 33bd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 33bd account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. 33bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Standard processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods that have been verified in the player's name. 33bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.5 Integrity of Funds

Players must only use funds that are legitimately owned by them for deposits. Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 33bd sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, as well as sport-specific and market-specific rules published within the Platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

33bd reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, incorrect market settlement, or evidence of match-fixing. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting at 33bd covers major tournaments and leagues including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral international series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. 6.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are subject to suspension without prior notice during key moments of play (wickets, boundaries, goals). Bets submitted during a period of suspension will be rejected. Odds displayed during live betting reflect real-time market pricing and may change rapidly.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino and slot games available on 33bd are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

7.1 Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by 33bd.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, 33bd will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the hand or round outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, the voided bet stake will be returned.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. 33bd does not honour payouts generated as a result of a software error or system fault.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 33bd are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits within which the wagering must be completed, and game contribution percentages. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

8.3 One Bonus Per Player

Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and the closure of all associated accounts.

8.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

33bd reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a promotion and commenced wagering will be given reasonable notice of any material changes that affect their ability to complete the wagering requirement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bd Platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Collusion with other players, match officials, or any third party to influence the outcome of an event;
• Money laundering, or any attempt to use the Platform for the deposit and withdrawal of funds without genuine betting activity ("chip dumping");
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person;
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are not authorised for your use;
• Engaging in any conduct intended to defraud 33bd or other players.

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Intellectual Property

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Interrupted access to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 33bd's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials;
• Decisions made on the basis of information or odds displayed on the Platform.

33bd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by 33bd

33bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, KYC non-compliance, or responsible gaming concerns. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

14.2 Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your 33bd account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be removed and your withdrawable balance will be processed subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

15. Amendments to These Terms

33bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or on-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
